City Hall Service Point

There is a lobby service at the main entrance to the City Hall (A-pillar), which guides customers to the offices and staff of the City Hall and to the meeting rooms. The lobby service provides a range of forms and is also a place to drop off documents for forwarding to the various City offices. There is no cashier service in the lobby.

The Lobby Services are open Mon - Fri 9.00 - 15.00.
