Lapinluhdantie 22

The land-use plan amendment concerns property 915-413-5-9 in Lehtoniemi (10) district and the adjacent neighbouring grassland area (VN) at Lapinluhdantie 22.The planning area is bordered to the south, north and west by a residential area and a plot street, and to the east by Siitinselkä. The area is located 1.5 km south of Varkaus city centre.

Objectives of the zoning plan

The landowner of property 915-413-5-9 is the initiator of the land-use plan amendment, with whom an initiation agreement has been drawn up. The landowner's objective is to enable the creation of a new single-family house plot on the north side of the existing single-family plot.

Start of proceedings

The stages of the plan and the opportunities for participation in the preparation of the plan are set out in the participation and assessment plan (OAS) (§ 63 of the Land Use and Building Act). The participation and assessment plan was open to the public from 15 September 2022.
