Contact your city's physical activity adviser to book a free physical activity consultation to help you plan a more active daily life and manage your weight. Together, we will discuss your own strengths, opportunities, preferences and meanings for a more active lifestyle.
Exercise counselling is inspiring, easy-to-follow counselling that helps you get moving as part of your everyday life. The aim of physical activity advice is to improve your overall wellbeing. With exercise counselling, no one imposes exercise requirements on you, you decide for yourself. The physical activity advisor will walk alongside you to support, discuss, guide, help, give tips and advice and find solutions together. Physical activity advice is always personalised, meaning that the service is tailored to your specific needs.
Physical activity guidance
The aim of physical activity guidance is to promote health and well-being in a holistic way, and to develop physical activity services and environments.
The physical activity counsellor guides you to take the first steps in the right direction towards a more active lifestyle. You will get support and tips on how to move and exercise in a way that is right for your health, as well as information on the different types of physical activity available.
Our services include paid coaching and gym programmes. These are tailored to suit the needs of different client groups.

The aim of Soisalo University's physical activity groups is to improve physical, mental and social fitness and to promote health, well-being and body control. Guided physical activity provides stimulation and a counterbalance to busy everyday life. The courses are aimed at people of all ages and levels.
