Some of the services are produced by us and others are provided by our extensive network of partners.
Our name NAVITAS is Latin for energy, get up and act. The name reflects our commitment to active involvement in the development of the Varkaus region, and our logo reflects our location on the waterfront. The colour blue symbolises science and wisdom, both of which can be found in the companies located in Navitas buildings, which are without exception pioneers in their field.

A few years ago, a glut of industrial premises began to appear in our economic area. With occupancy rates approaching 90%, the challenge has been posed by business needs and available vacancies. The vacant supply does not always serve the business needs that companies have set for operational space. With the flexibility of businesses and many space arrangements, we have been able to serve businesses regardless.
Although there is limited space available, apart from street shop and office space, it is always worth contacting us. We will always try to work with you to find a solution from our own property portfolio or from what private operators have to offer and, if necessary, to build a new production facility.
