The registry office receives documents related to municipal decision-making, and you can ask about the progress of cases and decisions at the registry office.

The registry office keeps records of cases and official letters leading to administrative decisions, as well as information on the status of pending cases and decisions throughout the entire process.

Citizens can submit initiatives concerning the municipality to the Registry in person or by letter or e-mail.

Documents to be registered include municipal initiatives, complaints, appeals, requests for opinions, statements, requests for replies and clarifications, decisions, petitions, applications and letters of reply.
