The Children's factory
The Children's Factory (in Finnish: Lasten Tehdas) is a functional exhibition for children, showcasing Varkaus industry.
The Children's Factory introduces children to Varkaus' historical and modern industry. The spaces, designed with children and families in mind, offer multi-sensory experiences and encourage children to creative play and to develope motor skills.
Play can be done alone or together. In The Children's Factory hanging, buzzing, giggling, jumping, frolicking and scampering are all absolutely allowed!
The Children's Factory has been designed with interior and space solutions especially for families with children and groups from kindergartens and schools to make it a pleasant and desirable place to visit and spend time. We are a great place to spend time together, and you can always come back - even every day! Welcome!
