Integration services for Ukrainians

The integration services for Ukrainians are intended for Ukrainians who have been granted temporary protection and have returned to their place of origin. We provide information on everyday issues such as housing, leisure, hobbies, benefits, studies and employment. Services also include a skills and integration needs assessment and integration plan. Guidance and counselling services are provided through an interpreter or in Finnish. Our services are confidential and free of charge.

Registering as a jobseeker

People who have fled the war in Ukraine have the right to work in Finland. You can register as a jobseeker after you have received a decision on your residence permit. Before obtaining a residence permit and registering as a jobseeker, it is possible to get advice and assistance on general job search, career choice, training and coaching from the local employment services.
