Authorisation and supervision fee

The applicant for a permit or the person carrying out a measure is obliged to pay a fee to the municipality for inspection and control tasks and other official tasks, the basis for which is laid down in the fees approved by the municipality. Interest shall be paid on the overdue fee in accordance with the provisions of the Interest Act. The fees may be collected in accordance with the procedure laid down in the Act on the Enforcement of Taxes and Fees (706/2007).
