Document requests

The building control department uses Lupapiste Kauppa

Lupapiste Kauppa is an online service where you can buy building drawings stored in the Building Control's archive.
The material in the shop is gradually being added to and if you cannot find the material you are looking for, you can send a request for material directly to the Building Control.

It is recommended that, in the first instance, document requests should be made via Lupapiste Trade.

If necessary, you can also request documents by e-mail to rakennusvalvonta(a)varkaus.fi.
Delivery time is between 1 and 5 days, depending on the site, the number of drawings and the quality of the copies.
The price of the documents is in accordance with the Building Control Authority's tariff.
